Pursuant to the Karin Act and in accordance with the provisions of Article 211-A, paragraph 4, of the Labor Code, we remind you that Portuaria Corral S.A. has established various channels for receiving reports of violations related to the prevention, investigation, and punishment of sexual harassment, workplace harassment, gender-based violence, or violence in the workplace.
These are:

- Verbally, directly with the Assistant Director of Human Resources, and a written record must be prepared and signed that complies with the requirements set forth in the law and Decree 21 of the Ministry of Labor.
- Directly to the relevant Labor Inspectorate.
